What is Ecutest?
We are breaking new ground in Turkey and in the WorldIn case of failure of the electronic control units (ECU) used in automobile engines, instead of buying a new control unit, it is one of the most important features of the ECU-Test device to repair the existing control unit in an original way without disturbing any parameters on the vehicle, reducing the repair costs and testing the control units without a vehicle.Nitro Mechatronics; information technologies are developing rapidly in parallel with the developments in vehicle software and hardware technologies. ECU Test realizes a systematic growth in R&D activities and is developed with the Know-How method.It has become more practical to interpret, develop, test and repair the data received from the ECU in ECU PROGRAMMING abroad.After the connection is made with the ECU TEST device without opening the ECU, only by means of diagrams, it will perform the test with a simple interface, as if testing it on the vehicle by providing an online system with an e-mail address and password and plugging the appropriate socket into the ECU.These stages will be as follows:All vehicle-specific parameters are loaded during ECU selection and necessary information is automatically loaded by a server.The database installed on the ECU server selected through the application (created by Nitro Mechatronics)thanks to the schematic, diagram of the socket; will be shown thanks to photos and videos.After the connection is made, it will reflect the voltages, injectors, sensor and valve outputs that the ECU should give to the screen.If there is a fault in the ECU, the faulty section will be displayed in red.When the ECU is repaired and the error is cleared, it will be seen that the red color is automatically corrected on the screen.The simulated ECU will provide an environment as if the car is being worked on and will operate on all moving sensors and parameters thanks to the button placed as the gas pedal. Thanks to this, the live values in the ECU will be seen with the ECU-Test device.With Engine Control Unit, immobilizer, body, indicator, ABS etc. matches can be made.Instead of replacing the control units of the vehicles, we repair and recycle them.With the ECU Tester, the sensor input and output information, voltage values, required values and measured values of the engine control units can be displayed.
