What should I do if my phone battery dies?

• You can borrow another phone and unlock/start the vehicle by logging into your account with your email address and password.

What if the device’s battery runs out on its own?

• Ideally,  the device should always be connected to the charger  , but if you prefer not to, the automatic opening of the car doors will stop when the battery level drops to 20%, indicating that the device needs charging. (However, the battery level is always available in the app.) If you don’t charge it and the battery dies, you will need to use the car’s original key until the device is recharged.
